1. How can I order online?

2. Where do you ship?

We ship NATIONWIDE.

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we first need to know your exact location so that we can check the shipment cost.

We also cater to CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD) order basis for the following areas:

3. How long does it take for you to ship the items?

As soon as orders are paid, here are the delivery time for the orders:

BankWire/PayPal Payments: 3-5 working days

COD Manila and GMA: 1-3 working days

COD Visayas and Mindanao: 3-7 working days

IMPORTANT: For payments via bank deposits, please send a COPY OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP to getbluedshipping@gmail.com with the subject "DEPOSIT SLIP." Only upon receipt of the copy of the deposit slip will we be able to ship the order.

 

4. What courier service do you use?

We primarily use XEND as our courier service and Ninja Van for our COD orders.

5. How much are the items?

Prices for ALL the items are found in our online store – www.getbluedonline.com.


Delivery fees details:
- Free shipping for purchase worth P1000 and up. (Nationwide)
- For PayPal, BankWire and Cash-On-Delivery(COD): Additional charge of P50 for online purchase worth of P999 and below. (Nationwide)

6. What are your payment options? How do I pay?

You may pay via PayPal, bank deposits (BPI, Metrobank, BDO) and Cash on Delivery.

IMPORTANT: For payments via bank deposits, please send a COPY OF THE DEPOSIT SLIP to getbluedshipping@gmail.com with the subject "DEPOSIT SLIP." Only upon receipt of the copy of the deposit slip will we be able to ship the order.

7. How do I know if you have stocks?

Once you visit our site – www.getbluedonline.com, you will see how many pieces per design are available and are in stock.

8. It has been more than 5 WORKING DAYS and my order hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?

We are very sorry for this and we will look into it immediately. Please email your order details to getbluedshipping@gmail.com and put "ORDER FOLLOW UP" in the subject field.

We do not sell outside of these venues (except in school-related events or games.) GetBlued is an authorized licensee of the Ateneo de Manila University and we would like to ask you to report to us those who sell fake and unauthorized GetBlued and Ateneo-themed items so that appropriate legal action may be taken. Please email getblued@yahoo.com and put “REPORT” as the email subject.

10. Can I reserve items in your stores?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for now.

11. I am a huge fan of the players. May I request that you have an item signed?

We appreciate your love and support for the school, teams, and players. We are sorry however that we cannot grant this request. We also do not give out personal details of the players and the teams.

12. Do you sell tickets to the games?

We do not sell tickets. We would like to refer you instead to the game venues for ticket selling.

13. I have suggestions, complaints and concerns. How do I let you know about it?

We welcome suggestions, complaints and concerns as this is a way for us to grow and to further improve the way we do things. If you have things that you would want to let us know, feel free to send us an email -- getblued@yahoo.com and put “CONCERNS” as the email subject.

14. Our organization/group wants to partner with GetBlued for an event/project/initiative, how do we do it?
Please send your proposal addressed to the Business Development Director, to getblued@yahoo.com. Put "PROPOSAL" as the subject of the email.
