What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Paypal or bank wire transfer. For wire, we accept bank deposit to the following banks noted here. If the payment does not arrive within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.

Is it safe to use my credit card in purchasing online?

The 'padlock' icon signifies that all credit card transactions on the website are secure. All transactions are strictly confidential. Get Blued does not view and store your credit card information.

How would I know if my payment and order went through?

Once your transaction is complete you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing the verification of your order including shipping and payment details. We process orders within working days (Monday to Friday) and business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) only.
